Solution To Iraq Crisis
Well, I like the rest of the world, have long wondered what could possibly bring an end to the endless spiral of violence in Iraq. At long last a solution has appeared. No, it is not the Bush administration pulling out and leaving the Sunni’s and Shia’s to fight it out amongst themselves, it is not a troop surge, or even an attack on Iran. It is something much more simple, something people do every day all over the world (Japanese people exluded), the simple act of hugging!
If George Bush would just walk through the streets of Baghdad carrying a sign saying ‘Free Hugs’ the conflict could be brought to an end in a matter of hours. I can picture it now, Bush walking along beside the Euphrates with a Sunni on one hand and a Shia on the other. Soon peace would be breaking out all over the world, the Russians and the Chechens, the Israelis and the Palestinians, the Republicans and the Democrats. It’ll be beautiful!
So, let’s get the ball rolling ourselves, go out and hug as many people as you can. Make love not war!
